My time training at SVG was nothing short of spectacular! Ricky is an amazing coach and fighter who will push you to your limits to become more than you are while still ensuring you stay safe and learn the ins and outs of fighting. Whether it's Muay Thai, MMA, or getting in a good cardio workout SVG is your gym!

Had a few private lessons and have been saving up to become a member ever since. Ricky is great and pushes you to be a better version of yourself! I’m excited to get back in there and grow with him. I’ll recommend this gym to every man I meet.
