SVG is a great gym with a solid group of folks. Classes are fun and very beneficial. Took some one on one classes with Coach Ricky to work on technique and he was great. Classes for the full spectrum of disciplines and experience levels. Very clean and welcoming environment and definitely worth a visit regardless of experience level.
I would highly recommend anyone to come train at this gym no matter what backgroung of martial arts they come from, the personal sessions with ricky are amazing I now make them part of my training journey and I have been learning a lot and have improved my lifestyle just from those sessions, the people are amazing and train anyone from begginer to advanced.
Love this gym and Recommend it to everyone, its my first gym that taught me a lot and i wish i could bring it with me to where I’m going lol
Good positive atmosphere really good gym to train at, highly recommend.
