I love this place Coach Ricky and coach lichi are very knowledgeable, positive, and motivational! If you’re thinking about training give it a try! They’re very good with beginners!
Absolutely loving this gym! The classes and private training have been incredibly awesome, from what I'm doing my physique has greatly improved to my technique. Coach Ricky as well the other coaching staff always explain in perfect detail. The gym atmosphere completely welcoming and I'm enjoying training my cardio and muay thai very much!
