Dr. Douglas is very professional as well as personable. She takes her time and listens to what I have to say. I’m very happy that she’s my doctor.
Dr. Shifrin-Douglas is a wonderful person, and that makes a great doctor. She's knowledgeable about her field and that is important to me. She has never talked at me or down to me, she always talks with me, and that's important to me. I only go to doctors I like, I would not go back to a doctor I didn't like or trust. Dr. Shifrin-Douglas will be my doctor for a long time.
She told me more than I knew about diabetes. I am informed now and can make better decisions
