8/2024 I discovered my primary Dr. was no longer in practice without warning. I was desperate as I needed a refill for my medication. No doctors were taking new patients & I’d have to wait months. I asked the desperate question to the helpful young lady at another office, “What does one do if their doctor abruptly shuts down their practice, no one is taking new patients, and refills are needed?” She found Dr. Polishchuk that had availability the following week due to internal changes.
