If i could give 0 stars i would. I have fairly severe congestion, cough, and sore throat. I tested negative for covid on monday and my symptoms got worse so i was asuming i have some sort of virus i decided to go to the urgent care to get treatment of my symptoms today (wednesday) Dr hagan proceeded to ask me why i was even there and all she wanted to do was test me for covid knowing that i was negative two days before. If I could leave a 0 star I would. My daughter who is 20 years old had no experience going into the doctor office on her own before Covid hit and was already nervous about going. She has gone to the walk in clinic twice now and was seen by Dr Hagan. She was very rude, intimidating, and actually laughed AT my daughter when she told the doctor why she was there. BOTH TIMES! The first time she had abdominal pain and fever and ended up testing positive for Covid. Then today she has went because she has had classic sinus infectio... read more
I've been going to her for over 3 years now. No one would listen nor check my daughter so I kept going around trying to find a doctor who will care enough to hear my concerns and check her accordingly (by the time I found her I had called hundreds of doctors went to like 6 different doctors went to hospitals etc) my daughter had leukemia in her blood severe iron deficiency (her levels were 3.
