The whole place felt very unprofessional. The staff wasn’t even wearing scrubs they were in regular sweats, like they were at home, which didn’t feel appropriate for a medical office at all. On top of that, the office itself was dirty and not well kept, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. My visit with Dr Svetlana Gorelikova was also very disappointing. My family member has been discriminated against and mistreated multiple times at this office. Staff have been dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. On multiple occasions they have refused to provide a translator for my father, who has limited English proficiency, even though this is a patient right.
