Svetla is a great instructor. Her videos helped me to understand how to connect with my core and exercise safely.
Yesterday I attended a Pilates session at the Svetla Sun Studio in Cowbridge and it was an amazing experience! I’ve been in Reformer Pilates classes locally but the Sun Studio was a wake up call for all those underused muscles! After 60 minutes I felt tired but great. Hopefully looking forward to future 121 sessions with Svetla, a very thorough taskmaster! Thank you very much.
Svetla has been my personal trainer for two and a half years, providing a combination of pilates and weight training. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and as a consequence have problems with stiffness, fatigue and joint pain. I can honestly say Svetla's instructions have changed my life. When I started in September 2021 I was struggling to put my socks on, now I have flexibility and feel so much stronger. I know I am protecting my bones as well as my general health and wellbeing. Highly recommend - I did the Pilates in the Nuffield gym with Svetla, and week after week I have felt stronger, found new ways of moving my body and enjoyed the slower pace of Pilates. Can’t reccomend Svetla’s classes enough!
