Never received my necklaces
Where do I begin? I contacted Svelte to cancel my order within the first 10 min of ordering because my bank reported them as fraud. Well the ever so wonderful customer service agent was snarky and lied saying they had already made my order. But if you made my order then how does your website list quantity available? I told them my bank is disputing the charges and the continued to instigate the situation and disregard anything I said.
