Drain Terrier came out to our house to replace a bowed pipe. The two stars are for the actual workers.. they at least did their job. We were over charged for the pipe by $250 and it took them over a month to refund our $250. And it took us hounding them over 3 emails to do so. Whoever is in the accounting side of this company really needs to step it up. Not everybody has $250 laying around that they don’t care about.
DO NOT HIRE!!! I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and follow-through from Sveagle Plumbing. Despite multiple attempts to contact their team, I’ve received no response regarding a serious issue with a pressure gauge they replaced just last year. The gauge—sold to me as a high-quality part with a 10-year lifespan—has already begun malfunctioning. On top of that, the pipes are rattling again, exactly as they were before the initial repair. I originally gave a five star review at the time of service for a discount; however it didn't feel like 5 star service. They were quick to come out & we were on a deadline but the overall service was more expensive that expected & other comparable companies would charge.
I am very disappointed with this company and am leaving a review so that other consumers may make an informed choice. They initially quoted me $40 to come take a look at a ceiling leak. Upon arrival they quoted an additional $489 to determine the source of the leak. This amounted to them spending 5 minutes cutting a large hole in my ceiling and looking with a flashlight. They then said it would be an additional $500 to pull up the toilet to see if that was what was leaking, not including fixing anything or putting it back. A... read more
