Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Shelley. She put the extensions in my hair and my hair keeps tugging. More so she cuts your hair without warning and has made my already thin hair so thin. She even yells at customers. She is moving to the UK now so good luck to her! But a warning to all to stay away from her. She completely ruins everything and does not take feedback well either. I have been going to Shelley for over ten years now. Shelley is always a pleasure to see and chat to. I go every 8 weeks and always look forward to my appointments. Shelley is the only person I trust to do my hair. She always has a suggestion on what we can do to my hair, I trust her, and it always looks amazing afterwards. Nothing is ever an issue with Shelley.
Shelley does an exceptional job of my blonde hair. Now that I've found her, I'm not going anywhere. I've had many great comments, and as a result, these friends also go to SvD. Highly recommend 👌
