Sandra works out the biggest and deepest knots. I find her massages to be more effective than chiro adjustments. 10/10 recommend

Sandra’s massages are genuinely therapy. My sister-in-law recommended her when I was struggling with pain from rotator cuff syndrome and tennis elbow. Her massages have relieved my pain and improved my function! I can lift weights and do yoga without limitation again. I book a massage regularly to work on areas that hold tension. I have NEVER gone regularly for a massage, but never have I experienced such a therapeutic benefit from massage. Thank you Sandra!
Skilled massage. Helps with injuries and rehab
I have been receiving massages for 30 years to alleviate the pain from sports injuries, mostly caused by running (3 surgeries). Sandra is the best as she is a former competitive athlete who understands the relationship between sport and body. She has excellent diagnostic skills and has been dedicated to restoring my health and activity for 4 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
