I was very satisfied with the relief I experienced after my sports massage with Sandra. She helped ease the pain and tension from a fall I had, and I felt noticeable improvement afterward. She also gave me helpful stretches to do at home to keep my muscles flexible and prevent tightness. I truly appreciated her knowledge, care, and personalized approach.
Sandra’s massages have been a game changer. I came in thinking I understood what was going on with my body, but she took the time to really listen, assess, and feel where the pain was coming from and was able to direct her treatment to the exact right area. Thanks to her, I’m back to running!
Sandra is a skilled massage therapist. She is an excellent listener and brings a variety of techniques into your session to assist you with injury recovery. I’m a physical therapist and have worked with many various healers and she is one of the best.
I couldn't WALK into the office, I hobbled - Sandra diagnosed the problem immediately and solved it. AMAZING! It was intense and I would highly recommend her!!
