I've been going to Svast for 2 and 1/2 years and it only gets better. This company is a scam. I never got my appointment and they refused to issue a refund. I’ve been fighting with them for over a month now to get a refund for services not rendered. Update I replied to your email and asked for a refund. I know below your saying that the refund policy was explained before the booking but it was not. It was not clear to me that i could not get a refund and it was not clear to me that i would be charged before i showed up to the appointment.
