Having MAJOR problems with this company with timely billing and service I quote,,,," we mismanaged billing" and pts getting bills a year and a half after Date of service.... " it's ok...pts are still responsible..it reflects poorly on my practice and patient relations in my small office Claims denied for billed after tine limit meaning they never followed up on claims initially nit billed or entered.... A/R totals completely not follwed up on.. Pt reps hard to communicate with when pts do call with a question . I'm guessing ... read more
