Lot of great reviews on here so not sure what happened. Had an appointment set and took the day off from work to be available. Noone showed up and when I called an hour past the appointment window, they told me the tech was on his way. 4 hrs later I called again and they told me they would call be right back after they check to see where the tech guy was.
