Very good company to work with, the guys who came out were very helpful and did a great job!
I highly recommend this company. After a miscommunication on my part, the owner came out personally and quoted several jobs for me, coming over after-hours. They were prompt in sending over an itemized quote, with a timeline on when they could book in for the jobs. SV Plumbing & Heating did the plumbing and some HVAC at a property I did a full renovation on. They took the extra time to make sure they were able to accommodate my vision when others said it wasn't doable. Good transparent communication. Very appreciative and I highly recommend their services.
I had a recent experience with SV Plumbing regarding a water intrusion issue in a newly built home and was not satisfied with the assessment provided. The initial diagnosis blamed “back pressure” from a screen at the sump discharge. After I questioned this, the explanation changed to water “backfeeding through the mortar” at the pipe penetration, without any additional inspection or supporting evidence.
