I simply asked for my nail to be a little slimmer, the lady went full on rough & aggressive on my nail and broke open my skin real bad to the point that it was actively bleeding. She told me it was because I asked for square shape but slimmer is coffin, so essentially it’s my fault. Now I’m at risk for infection. Worst $75 nail experience.
Lisa and Jessica are the best! They truly rock and are always so helpful. I highly recommend everyone to go to SV Nails. I got a shellac pedicure, and while it didn’t turn out quite right the first time (which had never happened before), I messaged Lisa and she immediately told me to come in at my convenience. They fixed it without hesitation. I’m so grateful to have such kind and professional people taking care of me. Great service, great people!

Writing this review as I am sitting in the chair, highly disappointed with the service provided. Went in for a pedicure, the lady immediately pull for the sponge to rub my feet, I requested that she use the grate because I know I have some build up. I was told with an attitude that my heel is soft. While I know my feet are not rock hard, I go to get a pedicure to get my feet scrub and remove dead cells.
