This place is a scam. Beware. We paid $335 for a rug cleaning service that was completed in about 20 minutes, and we’re not satisfied with the results. When we pointed out areas that still looked dirty, the technician did a couple of additional passes but said the issue was part of the rug’s design. Unfortunately, it is still not properly cleaned, and we feel the job was rushed and not worth the price we paid. They claim they are at Walmart, but I haven’t seen them…

When I called with questions about my wet carpet after a water leak, the owner, Herbert, was friendly and helpful, and quickly found a spot for me in their schedule.
