I attended SV Academy's paid Residency program, and it was a genuinely supportive experience from start to finish. The transition into my new job afterward felt smooth, largely because the program prepared me so well. I was lucky enough to work with Jane Gardner, who was exceptional. She was always available to guide me, answer my questions, and support me at every step of the process.
