Just wanted to share my experience with this office. They are very professional and kind staff members however I have been in attendance to witness multiple patient's belittle the receptionist when she is simply following office rules, regulations. I wanna start by saying I have so much love for Dr Robinson and her staff ! First hand I have seen patients come to this office with entitlement, attitudes and plain disrespect towards staff members. Many patients do not respect Dr Robinson rules and regulations although prior to becoming w patient they give a packet with these rules to be signed off on. The receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. She was not understanding of my daughter’s special needs (she has autism and suffers from social anxiety). She is not trained to deal with these type of special situations. On top of that she’s inconsiderate and lacks empathy. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you like being treated like trash.
