I had a terrible experience with Dr. Suzzette Robinson. She was arrogant, very rude & had a horrible bedside manner. I didn't go to her office to have her speak to me as if she was talking to her child. Her tone & demeanor seemed to offend her staff too. This created a tense environment & an uncomfortable office. I will not go back to that her again!!!

Just wanted to share my experience with this office. They are very professional and kind staff members however I have been in attendance to witness multiple patient's belittle the receptionist when she is simply following office rules, regulations. Many of those people also left reviews but failed to state what they have said or done i've seen patient's totally disregard rules they have signed off on when receiving a new patient packet getting upset for appointments they have missed and blatantly blaming the staff because th... read more

I wanna start by saying I have so much love for Dr Robinson and her staff ! First hand I have seen patients come to this office with entitlement, attitudes and plain disrespect towards staff members. Many patients do not respect Dr Robinson rules and regulations although prior to becoming w patient they give a packet with these rules to be signed off on.
