Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. I went for an exchange for my online order. I just wanted to change the size for the same item I purchased online. I clearly mentioned this to the staff. During the exchange instead of honouring my request she went ahead and processed the return. And asked me make a purchase again and pay double the amount than I purchased online. Horrible customer service!! Specially from the short girl, the whole experience was weird. They don’t make you feel welcome at all and then wont answer questions while making faces. The staffs seemed so uninterested the whole time
