I visited Suzy’s store early in the morning around 10 AM in October 7th, There were only two customers and one sales associate working at the time — a woman with short dark hair, around her 40s. Unfortunately, she was very rude and unprofessional toward me. There was an empty rack in front of the mirror, and I hung my coat and bag there for a moment to try on a jacket. I visited the store on sunday and had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee named Sama. She was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time making sure I found exactly what I needed. Her attitude was very professional, kind, and friendly, and she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I truly appreciate her efforts and I’m very thankful for the support she provided. Employees like Sama make the shopping experience so much better!
I don't usually give reviews on clothing stores as my focus is always on restaurants, however, I think this time it is important to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Denise!! Positive attitude, very helpful and true about her answers. Reading reviews from people with 5 reviews and all negative looks kinda fishy to me!! I don't usually purchase here, but I enjoyed the service focused approach Denise had with me, that I will be back!! Thank you Denise
Had a wonderful experience here yesterday! The manager is so helpful and kind. She suggested additional pieces that matched me perfectly! Great customer service, kind & welcoming, and friendly environment. Her name was Denise and I always feel welcome when I shop here and I see she’s working . 🩷
