NEVER ENTER THIS STORE! They lie to their customers! One of their staff told us they allow return within a week. We come the next day to return, their rude manager says they don't refund! We told her that one of your employees said we are allowed to return. We pointed at which person who said that, and the manager's response was, this employee has been with us for a week only and does not know! How is this the customer's problem! I went today to Suzy Shier, Suhana was very helpful in choosing sweaters. She went above and beyond to bring different sizes and colours and directed me towards getting promotions offered by the company. She is an asset to your company.
