I have been a loyal Suzy customer for the past 4–5 years, but my recent experience at the Cambridge location was extremely disappointing. The slim sales associate (I believe her name may have been Raj) was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome throughout my visit. I asked if I could simply hold a piece of jewelry against myself to see how it looked, and I specifically said I would not open or wear it.
