Worst customer service. We purchased a dress for my wife for my son’s first birthday. while scanning, the POS person (the store denied to disclose the person’s name to be mentioned on the review comment), went back to change the dress as the dress did not have the tag. We did not even touch the dress as it did not match the colour of my attire. So we settled with a different dress that looked close. Had a wonderful shopping experience here back in the fall. Stopped by to purchase a last minute dress for a wedding. Was pleasantly surprised with the large selection of formalwear by Le Chateau at marked down prices. Candice and Shylah helped me quickly find a dress that was flattering and fit perfect. Thank you both for your help! Would definitely recommend this location over others in the tri-city area due to the great staff and selection.
Shylah was so incredibly helpful with helping me pick so many great outfits for events I had coming up, most of her suggestions I actually purchased because she very quickly understood my style and what would flatter me the most. She spent so much time with me and I had a fantastic experience with her!
