My friend and I went here today for shopping for her birthday. She wanted to use her SPC card for the 10% discount and the two ladies at the cashier were so unnecessarily rude. My friend was explaining that she got the SPC card in 2023 and that it is not expired and the younger woman joined the conversation without even knowing what we were talking about. She thought we were talking about the Prestige card and said "um, it's 2025 so it's been over 13 months" as if we're stupid and don't even know the date. The other lady was... read more
They charge $25 for Prestige membership card that I didn't ask for when I made an online order. I emailed the same day I received my order to say I never ordered the membership card and requested a refund. They said they can't refund. They can't refund a card that I never ordered and never used on the same day they gave it? First they steal and then they lie. Terrible customer service.
Went there to buy a gift for my wife today and Thank God a Gentleman worked there and he was super helpful and he knew everything so good , it is so nice that you have a gentleman working there so finding things is much easier
