They charge $25 for Prestige membership card that I didn't ask for when I made an online order. I emailed the same day I received my order to say I never ordered the membership card and requested a refund. They said they can't refund. They can't refund a card that I never ordered and never used on the same day they gave it? First they steal and then they lie. Terrible customer service.
Went there to buy a gift for my wife today and Thank God a Gentleman worked there and he was super helpful and he knew everything so good , it is so nice that you have a gentleman working there so finding things is much easier
I went to buy a dress for my sister and the staff were really nice. The tall girl and her colleague helped me a lot.
Just bought some dresses for my daughter. Selection is good, prices reasonable. BUT was informed AFTER THE PURCHASE that there were no refunds, only exchanges. What retailer in this day and age does that?!? I asked immediately to cancel the sale - was told NO, they cannot and pointed to the policy because I already paid. I AM LIVID!!! That is a disgraceful policy for a top retail chain. I will not be spending my money there again.
Went to return a tank top that didn't fit me properly and the cashier's behavior towards me was appalling. Did not make any eye contact with me, was extremely cold and then proceeded to sniff the tank top I was returning(I'm assuming in case my apparently filthy body had defiled it),right in front of my son as well. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know and I won't be spending my money at this store ever again.
