The manager of this store behaves badly with customers. It’s better to go to another location, as she treats customers very poorly.”
Today I went shopping and picked out one dress to try on. An older lady in a white and red uniform—possibly the manager or owner—spoke to me very rudely. My best recommendation to her is not to lose customers with such rude behaviour.
I’m giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option. I’m very disappointed with Suzy Shier’s return policy. They only offer exchanges and do not provide refunds, which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. In today’s retail environment, a refund option should be standard. I hope they reconsider this outdated policy to provide a better and more flexible shopping experience for customers.
