Went to Midtown and told the lady (think her name is Christine) I needed something for a staff Christmas party. She literally put together like 3 different outfits for me to try as I have no fashion sense. Very helpful and ended up with a great outfit I would probably never even try.
The four stars are completely for the till worker that helped me out today i believe her name was tanjina , she answered my questions and folded everything neatly into the bag, really happy with her service. The manager though? A whole different story on MULTIPLIE occasions she would come around the rack I'm tryinh to look at and repeatedly smack the hangers that she is squeezing in completely disregarding people ZERO spatial awareness genuinely awful . Store manager is amazing and so sweet. I just want to call out the actual company who over works her so much that she had to make herself a bed on one of the shelves in her offsite. (blue notes, areo postal, urban kids, suzy shier, Le Château, etc are all under the same brand)
The manager of this store behaves badly with customers. It’s better to go to another location, as she treats customers very poorly.”
Today I went shopping and picked out one dress to try on. An older lady in a white and red uniform—possibly the manager or owner—spoke to me very rudely. My best recommendation to her is not to lose customers with such rude behaviour.
