The manager at this location is TERRIBLE
They charge $25 for Prestige membership card that I didn't ask for when I made an online order. I emailed the same day I received my order to say I never ordered the membership card and requested a refund. They said they can't refund. They can't refund a card that I never ordered and never used on the same day they gave it? First they steal and then they lie. Terrible customer service.
I recently visited Suzy Shier for a store pickup and had an unpleasant experience. I waited patiently in line with two customers ahead of me. When my turn came, the staff asked me to wait and proceeded to serve the next customer before attending to me. This felt unfair and disrespectful, especially since I had also purchased items from Suzy Shier, even if it was for a store pickup. I expected better service and acknowledgment as a customer. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future
I went to midtown suzy shier 1 week ago to purchase 2 dress items , not only did the employees didn't care but when I asked for help they kept talking and the fitting room was full of dust and dirt.
Terrible customer service. I had an armfull of clothes I was wanting to try on and the employee was just sitting at the till talking to her friend, not even paying attention to the customers in the store. I walked up to her and asked if I could try the clothes on, and she just looked at me and said you can only try one item on at a time and everything else has to go back to the racks they came from.
