I visited the Suzy store at Dufferin Mall after a long time. The store has moved to a new space within the mall. It's pretty spacious and well organized and has a great collection. The store rep Anaal was great. She not only helped me with sizes but also suggested some great pieces. She is really warm, pleasant and always smiling. I picked up some great pieces at 50% off (Black Friday deal) and will definitely be coming back.
I have to say this is one of the best stores in the mall ! The customer service was AMAZING.
I have been to this store couple of times but today the evening staff was rude, unhelpful, will look at you with suspicion and are very passive aggressive. You cannot shop peacefully here. Don’t go to this location.
