My family and I came into this store looking for a graduation dress, and the customer service was beyond pathetic. There were two employees standing around, yet neither could be bothered to do the most basic part of their job—greet customers or offer assistance. One employee seemed far more interested in staring and judging people than actually helping them. I owe this store an enormous bow. I managed to buy there the most sublime prom dress on the planet Earth and the store assistant Gavril helped me choose out from plethora of options. My gratitude for her help can not be expressed by words, she would wait for me to try each option on and then she evaluated it. Thanks to her my prom was awesome. I bought my prom dress here and I have to say that the customer service was next level! A worker named Ellen helped me out and she was very sweet and genuinely helpful with picking out my dress! The staff is general was very kind and supportive, and as someone who's not a big fan of shopping this made it genuinely pleasant. They also had very beautiful dresses and other clothing, so I'm sure I'll be back for more.
