This is my favourite location! Raman is always so helpful - I came very close to when the store was getting ready to close, she did not rush me and still ensured I had a great shopping experience. She went over the benefits and features of the Membership card that Suzy has to offer and created such a personable experience for me. She always goes above and beyond to help me when it comes to choosing clothes. I love this location! I visited Suzy Shier on Friday, January 30th around 7:25 PM looking for a suit. I was the only customer in the store and was not greeted at all by the sales associate on duty. When I asked if they had suits, she shook her head. I followed up by asking if there were any options available, and she simply told me “no” and to try Urban Planet, without offering further help or alternatives. I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager at this store. She raised her voice over a simple question, gave unclear and inconsistent answers, said she “doesn’t have time for this,” and even made an offensive comment about how “people like you always do things like this". I truly wonder what she meant by statement, however I do also wonder how she is a manager of store using that kind of language inside her store.
