I had a great experience shopping for a sweater at Suzy! Shivani was so great —she helped me find the perfect colour for me. Her customer service was friendly and attentive, making the experience wonderful.
The team at the Sheppard Centre is simply awesome! A special shoutout to Shivani for excellent customer service and support! While trying on some clothes, I left my jacket at the store and she stayed back after hours to handover the same to me. Thank you once again!
Call to the store to check my order if it ready to pick up or not. The phone connection is so weird, all I hear is a bunch of weird noise and hang up after. Try to get the order before New Year eventhough I ordered before Christmas time
