I visited this location today and had a disappointing experience. I was waiting for Shivani to assist me because she has helped me on previous visits and has always been helpful. Another employee approached me and asked what I needed. I politely explained—twice—that I was waiting for Shivani’s assistance. Instead of being understanding, she responded with a rude attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
I went to this location and spent $340 on blouses and other items. Shivani was so great in doing her job and very helpful in all of my shopping needs. She's very knowledgeable about the store promotion and very kind and patient in dealing with customers. Overall, I had an amazing shopping experience in this location.
On Sunday, April 26, I was looking for a pair of jeans at Suzy Shier, Sheppard Centre. Elaheh kindly helped me choose more items as well. She was very helpful, and I had a very good shopping experience.. Special thanks to Elahe.
I bought a couple of sweaters at Suzy. The experience was very positive because of Sara’s energetic and helpful manner. She was very patient and focused in her time with me.
