Room to breathe is fabulous. Suzy has been our yoga teacher (for my daughter and I) for many months now. Her private yoga sessions are fabulous, a calm and supportive environment. I‘ve been doing weekly Yin yoga sessions with Suzy for about 10 weeks now & can honestly say it’s changed my life. The sessions are perfectly balanced between mindfulness meditation, breath, movement & the connection to the body. The space is small but I love that because it feels more intimate & personal.
