I have been doing business with Seneca Suzuki for a little over 2 years . This is a real motorcycle shop not a boutique. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all brands of motorcycles. The shop will work on pretty much any brand of motorcycle even if it's over 10 years old or older almost unheard of these days. I've had several motorcycles repaired and serviced the written estimates were higher than the actual repair bills ( a very nice surprise !!! ). Took 3 months for an estimate, of a functional bike. Unwilling to give a written estimate then the verbal estimate was for an over $2000 restore when all was asked for was a price on carb work brakes and possible fork rebuild. This estimate was 4 times what he said would be the top price.Then when it was mentioned that bad reviews come with bad customer service the owner showed he has no problem calling women the fewest of names.
