I really appreciate that they never overcharge or push unnecessary or expensive treatments. Treatment plans are clearly explained, and the recommendations are based on what you actually need--not sales. I've had unpleasant experiences at cooperated dental clinics in the past, which made me more cautious and willing to speak up about my concerns.
