We had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Dr. Suzie Um following my wife Shahida Shahid’s full-mouth extraction on January 12, 2026. Before the procedure, we fully disclosed her serious medical conditions, including severe IBS, malabsorption, and immune-related complications that make repeat surgeries and anesthesia especially difficult and risky for her. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Suzie Um a few days ago and had an absolutely amazing experience! He is doing great after a few days. The office staff was so knowledgeable with pre up and post up and they were very kind.. He was a bit anxious coming in and they helped him keep calm by their professional and relaxed demeanor.
