We advise all to simply avoid ReMax agent Jimmy Yang. He took poor advantage of my family on a high end condo located at Hollybridge River Green. I don't know why he did that but obviously paperwork is signed so he got paid. To be more specific, his Facebook profile photo is of a younger Asian male with black hair, light blue shirt and blue tux. Cover photo of Vancouver docks.

Suzie (with a ‘Z’) is pragmatic and hopes for the best. Efficient and effective. Good strategy and no nonsense. Sparkly personality , understood me as a local Canadian girl - what’s not to like ? She’s great. And best - she follows the rules with no funny business in an unpredictable market. I’ve had a lot of realtor attempts these past years and I’m glad the commish went to Suzie. ! :)
