Terrible service that is extremely unprofessional. I had one maid screaming in the bathroom to her significant other, while the others were just watching Suzie clean. I have booked 2 appointments and Suzie and her cleaners never showed up.
Horrible experience!! I hired Suzie to perform a move out clean of my vacant home prior to putting it up for sale. Two women showed up expecting no one to be there but later, they had expected to be paid, in cash, that day. After much ranting by one of the women, I told them that my agreement and payment would be addressed with Suzie. It makes no sense that they expected payment from a property where they had originally expected no one to be there.
