IN MAY OF 2017 PURCHSED AIRFARE AND CRUISE THRU SUZI DAVIS. ALSO PURCHASED TRIP INSURANCE--GUARANTEED. HAD TO CANCEL AT END OF JULY DUE TO HEALTH. TO DATE NO CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED BY SD AND ONLY PARTIAL REFUND THRU CRUISE LINE. NO ONE AT SD WILL TALK OR EXPLAIN. MUST RESORT TO LITIGATION! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY.
We went on a cruise in 2010 and Suzi Davis Travel was wonderful and were really helpful. We were given Air Tran flights for the following year because of a scheduling error with Air Tran that left us stranded for 2 days over Easter. I contacted Suzi Davis in January about traveling to California with our vouchers over spring break. Nothing was available at that time in California.
