1. I had a bad blowout from here - I asked for a hydrating mask which she admittedly did not wash out of my hair completely leaving the results oily, I had to go home and re wash my hair (I paid about $280) 2. I was told I had a package booked, they didn’t want to waste my uses so I can come in and use them and pay next time. I started going to Suzette's back last spring, and I'm so happy I made an appointment to book with Robynn as I've been extremely happy the color and cut. She takes the time to understand what you want while ensuring the integrity of your hair. I also had the chance to see her do a serious transformation to another client while I was in salon, and I was blown away with her work! She recently did a GORGEOUS dark hair color on me, and I'm loving it! Thanks Robynn
