I’m really unhappy with my experience at this salon. I went in expecting to leave feeling confident and happy with my hair, but unfortunately the result was very disappointing. The work was not done properly and did not match what I asked for. On top of that, the pricing was not honest. And I get overcharged more than what they told me. And the owner was un cooperative .
Very disappointed with this salon. My wife went in expecting a professional job, but the results were far from acceptable. The quality of work did not match what was promised at all. What’s even more frustrating is the pricing. Before the service even started, I clearly confirmed the cost would be $280 + tax, and they agreed. But at the end, they charged us $399 + tax without any proper explanation. And this is the highlight colour you can’t even see it.
Suzette’s is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the team is professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. I always appreciate their open communication when it comes to pricing, so I know exactly what to expect with my colour and cut but honestly, they are worth every penny. I leave every appointment feeling and looking my best, and that kind of consistency is hard to find. I would recommend Suzette’s to all of my friends and family without hesitation!
I recently got my hair done at Suzette’s and had an amazing experience. I have been to many salons and this one truly stuck out to me, the stylist are highly skilled and all very personable. I’m in love with my new colour and will definitely be coming back again!
Best salon in town, all the stylist are very educated in what they do. Highly recommend
