I was able to schedule an appointment within a week after contacting this physician.....that should have been my first clue! This physician stood outside of the examination room while having a "meet & greet" with me. I was excited to meet her because her last practice was in Massachusetts and Healthcare physicians in that area are excellent.....except this one! Two months later I received a bill for $227.00....which I reported to Medicare as fraudulent....
I have the best experience with her, Very Professional, unfortunately She moved far away from me. I would change my health care just to keep her as my primary Doctor.
I went to see Ms Pinto just over a year ago. She was very condescending and she violated hippa law while have my exam room door open and discussing my medical information as she was standing in the doorway/hall. She treated me poorly after she knew I didn’t take the Covid jab. She obviously doesn’t stay informed on the devastation these shots have caused, along with how they don’t work. They wear masks too, which have scientifically been proven ineffective. I left and never finished with her.
Accommodating and friendly staff and services. I was attended be Dr. K. Rusin.
Well, it’s been a mixed bag for my wife and I with Dr. Pinto. A negative experience for the most part. First of all, if you’re sick you won’t be seen in person. Telehealth only, but feel free to stop by when you’re feeling better! Several months ago I was on a trip to Chicago and had forgotten to bring a prescription. No problem, I figured. Called the local CVS, and they gave me their fax/phone. Friday before Memorial Weekend, so I needed to make sure I had my medicine.
