Terrible doctor. She is probably ready to retire. She comes off as burnt out and angry. She was rude and dismissive until she found out who I was then her demeanor changed and was very fake. Working in medical field my entire life I’ve interacted with hundreds of doctors and Dr Mikayla made me very worried about the state of our managed care system.
DO NOT recommend this Dr. Went in due to having intense ear pain and infection and she told me that it could be a tooth. When I clearly knew the difference of the feeling. Went to go get my tooth fixed and am STILL dealing with ear infection.
I believe that Dr. Mikula is the best ENT surgeon in VA. She is kind, compassionate, and she truly listens. She has helped me with my complex case since 2019, and we have had some wins thanks to her wealth of medical knowledge and experience!! I can be a nervous one but she puts me at ease with her calm demeanor and positive assurances. I am so thankful to have her on my medical team. Her medical staff is amazing group that make you feel welcome and valued!

Dr. Mikula is a great MD. She has performed two major endoscopic nasal surgeries on me flawlessly. Friendly; a true master of her craft, one of the best.
