I came to Dr. Han earlier this year to deal with a sensitive matter. I have been in and out of her office for the past couple of months for care pertaining to this matter. Dr. Han and her MA, Maggie, have been nothing short of kind and helpful. They have handled this matter with such grace and have made the entire experience 10x easier for me to deal with. They are both so very personable and understanding, which goes a long way in my book. Grateful for their care would be an understatement!
Terrible experience with this lady throughout my pregnancy, she's an absolutely useless provider. She rushes through every OB appointment, does not go into detail about anything yet claims that various things were discussed in the patient notes. I don't understand why the NPs are exempt from being reviewed by the patients through Sutter Health, I never get a survey after my appointments with her. They need to be kept accountable for poor care just like the MDs.
