I hesitate writing a review because Suzan is a kind person, but I feel others should know. I don’t believe Suzan’s strength is long hair. She did not do the style I initially asked for and didn’t seem to understand when I said I wanted it blended and not blunt. I left extremely unhappy and with far too short of a haircut than I wanted (I know because I showed her on my chest where I wanted it to fall, and it was above there). I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 8 years and I’ve been thoroughly happy with every haircut and Brazilian blowout I’ve ever gotten! Even though I’ve moved to different cities throughout the years, whenever I’m in town and have the chance to visit I always come back here because Suzan provides incredible and impeccable service. Great salon for haircut! I got a short cut with light layers and side bangs. Suzan was very patient and friendly. She suggested what style would best suit me as per my hair type. Happy with the haircut!
