Horrible experience. Disrespectful owner and made me cry with horrible results. Cut beyond what I asked for. Uses copy and paste responses for "nonsense story" its been years and you need to come up with a new response. It's okay to accept accountability but sitting here and lying is horrible. My mother came here for a trim and had more cut off and was crying for week, then sits here and dismisses someone else's pain with a lazy response.

I always have a pleasant time coming in to your shop. It truly feels like a mini palace, such a positive atmosphere. She goes above and beyond for her customers that is something hard to find nowadays. I treasure your time and I value you made an appointment that works around my work schedule. I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 8 years and I’ve been thoroughly happy with every haircut and Brazilian blowout I’ve ever gotten! Even though I’ve moved to different cities throughout the years, whenever I’m in town and have the chance to visit I always come back here because Suzan provides incredible and impeccable service. I hesitate writing a review because Suzan is a kind person, but I feel others should know. I don’t believe Suzan’s strength is long hair. She did not do the style I initially asked for and didn’t seem to understand when I said I wanted it blended and not blunt. I left extremely unhappy and with far too short of a haircut than I wanted (I know because I showed her on my chest where I wanted it to fall, and it was above there). Suzan is a true jewel. A hair styling brilliant diamond.💎 Professional, sweet and so very talented. My time line was extremely intense and Suzan saved me. 💋 I am thrilled with my new color, sunny highlights and swinging bouncy cut. I highly recommend. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
