I started going to Suzan over 12 year ago when my grays were becoming too obvious to ignore. I was nervous because I had never colored my hair before - Suzan was patient and attentive, and figured out exactly what I needed. 12 years later, and I've never gone to anyone else for color, and I couldn't be happier. She also cuts my hair, and I ALWAYS get compliments on my bouncy layers. She is very competitively priced, and has great availability.
I always have a pleasant time coming in to your shop. It truly feels like a mini palace, such a positive atmosphere. She goes above and beyond for her customers that is something hard to find nowadays. I treasure your time and I value you made an appointment that works around my work schedule. Horrible experience. Disrespectful owner and made me cry with horrible results. Cut beyond what I asked for. Uses copy and paste responses for "nonsense story" its been years and you need to come up with a new response. It's okay to accept accountability but sitting here and lying is horrible. My mother came here for a trim and had more cut off and was crying for week, then sits here and dismisses someone else's pain with a lazy response.

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 8 years and I’ve been thoroughly happy with every haircut and Brazilian blowout I’ve ever gotten! Even though I’ve moved to different cities throughout the years, whenever I’m in town and have the chance to visit I always come back here because Suzan provides incredible and impeccable service.
