Dr. Tingley cares for my elderly father. And she is fantastic! Thoughtful, thorough, and competent. Unfortunately the lower star reviews are referring to the staff and general policies. And sadly, they are accurate. But TIngley herself is great.

4 star review for Dr. Tingley herself, the office staff does need to change though. But Dr. Tingley is great! She's kind, honest, and thorough.

I was treated very poorly by staff, especially office manager Toni. Very difficult to get prescriptions refilled and getting referrals. I was treated rudely and gaslighted over and over again, ending up in tears at the end of conversations. Impossible to get seen when I have emergencies in a proper time frame. This practice has a huge turn over of staff and nurses which says a lot about it all.

If I could give this practice/practitioner zero stars, I would. I have had several issues with them, including not providing referrals, and not re-ordering medications as needed. The excuses are plentiful, be it maternity leave, or being short staffed, or the pandemic. I didn’t feel cared about and I had to actually call the office in tears to get a referral I desperately needed. Terrible experience.
