This is the second time I've needed care and can't get into my PCP becaue of her vacation time. I was told both times that I could use Urgent Care. Yes, I can but I pay much more out of pocket. What's the point of having a PCP if you can't get in when you need to get in for a problem that won't go away. Unacceptable. Worst part is my call was disconnected and when I called back I got the answering service.
