My visit started off with the nurse/medical assistant telling me I did wrong at check in, but I followed the directions I was given. I get it that misinformation is given, but take the responsibility off the patient. When the nurse practitioner came in and I provided her my symptoms, she had one follow up question to ask me for other possible symptoms and that was it.
