Kaila Diminuco only recently became our agent. Our previous agency in Fredonia closed with no notice and we were adrift. Fortunately, Lemke Insurance came to our rescue. Kaila has corrected a huge administrative error made prior to our transferring to Lemke. She also has expedited the processing of two claims for which we've already been reimbursed. She is friendly, professional and communicates frequently via email and text answering my (many) questions . We could not be more pleased. Kaila, thank you, Kristen Griffin

Over the last few months I have had the opportunity to work with Kaila at Suzanne Lemke Allstate regarding policy changes along with a claim. It is seldom you will find someone who consistently shows an incredibly upbeat and helpful outlook as Kaila does. This was not a one off, but rather multiple calls over multiple days. Incredible experience as always when working with the team at Lemke! They are always friendly, quick and responding and always helpful when those unfortunate times arise where we need the assistance of insurance needs. I always recommend them for all insurance needs to everyone I know!
