Hands down one of the most unprofessional outfits I’ve ever dealt with. I have been a client for over 15 years and since the Sam has taken over the book of business it has been terrible. I have reached out on multiple occasions to not be called back, requested information about adding new vehicles and property claims due to wind storms to all go unanswered. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from this office. I have left several messages and still have not received a return call. I also spoke with Steven the other day, who told me he would call me back, but I never received a call. I left another voicemail afterward and still have not heard from anyone. My mother passed away last year, and I recently received a $184 bill for her homeowner’s insurance. Kaila Diminuco only recently became our agent. Our previous agency in Fredonia closed with no notice and we were adrift. Fortunately, Lemke Insurance came to our rescue. Kaila has corrected a huge administrative error made prior to our transferring to Lemke. She also has expedited the processing of two claims for which we've already been reimbursed. It is seldom you will find someone who consistently shows an incredibly upbeat and helpful outlook as Kaila does. This was not a one off, but rather multiple calls over multiple days.
