Spoke on the phone with Suzanne Lemke about the rise in my Insurance. She explained everything and offered ways I can lower my costs. This agency has ‘owned’ our homeowners policy for a few years. It came under their jurisdiction through the closing of another agency. We sold our home, had to cancel the policy. Sent in the email request as instructed. Turns out the guy who told me to send the cancellation request via email 'overlooked' said email for a week. Pretty sure I'd still have a policy on a home I no longer owned if I had not called again to get things moving.
