Thank you for your response. I understand that privacy laws prevent you from discussing individual patient care publicly. However, my review was based on my personal experience and concerns regarding the treatment I received and the way my concerns were handled. I will be following up through the appropriate confidential complaint process so that my concerns can be formally documented and addressed. I hope Astria Health will take the matter seriously and review what occurred.

Her and her staff were terrible. Did not want to help at all. Dr would cancel appointments a day before and hours before the day she was supposed to treat an infant. They charge patients when there’s a no call no show but the dr is the one that should be charged for no shows. I question her credentials.

I am still traumatized by the visit! I identify with so many of the negative reviews: why are you here? The abrasive behavior, lack of treatment, telling me I caused my own situation! I received a questionnaire for my visit, promptly filled it out stating she provided a very poor experience. However, I will say, her staff was extremely nice.

I scheduled an appointment with her because my ears were in pain. I got there 6 minutes late and her and her staff turned me away. I tried speaking with someone about it and they were rude telling me the strict 5 minutes late no show policy is shown on the text message reminder when it wasn’t mentioned in the text message. When they scheduled my appointment, I was not told I would be marked as a no show if I was 5 minutes late. If I knew I would’ve left my job in Toppenish earlier so that I may have received treatment.
