I scheduled an appointment with her because my ears were in pain. I got there 6 minutes late and her and her staff turned me away. I tried speaking with someone about it and they were rude telling me the strict 5 minutes late no show policy is shown on the text message reminder when it wasn’t mentioned in the text message. When they scheduled my appointment, I was not told I would be marked as a no show if I was 5 minutes late. If I knew I would’ve left my job in Toppenish earlier so that I may have received treatment. The appointment went well. The doctor is highly skilled and knowledgeable.
Suzanne Zamudio is very rude! The first things she asks is why are you there? Do you know why this happened? You did this to yourself! And proceeds to tell us that she can’t help us and she don’t know why our doctor sent us there when she told him on the phone she couldn’t help us. I do not recommend this Doctor. Even if it’s something she couldn’t help us with she could have been way nicer about it and not start off the conversation like that. Drive to Yakima or Tricities and avoid this place!
