I thought that the initial appointment went well. I was wrong. I have been repeatedly ignored with a few reasonably spaced requests for a follow up appointment. Now, I' have to start over with another more reliable ND and another initial fee. I'm left to wonder if the doctor's poor business acumen is related to the fact that I didnt buy products from their online store.
I visited 2 years ago. Had a wonderful appointment and really enjoyed myself. When I tried to call and email for more information and help, I never heard back from her.
Dr. Suzanne has helped me out with a few issues I have had. Naturally. I believe that if more people would seek out Suzanne, they would get healthier, quicker. She's a great ND.
