Best doctor I've had. Always takes time to explain things on my level and answer all my questions. Shows genuine care and concern for me. Her nurse Susan and staff are excellent, always pleasant and great follow up. Highly recommend!
I accompanied my husband to an appointment and was wholly disappointed with care provided. Dr. Mattox was abrupt and condescending whenever we attempted to articulate concerns. Due to recent EKG results (and a history of endocarditis), he requested a cardiac referral. She indicated she didn’t think this was a concern. When he brought up family history, she suggested perhaps the family members had different issues (they hadn’t - they were exactly the same, as we tried to inform her verbally AND as appeared on his intake form)... read more
Terrible bedside manner & personality,insulting, superior attitude & degrading to me. Took awhile to find different PP but did. Had Drs.Nanul & Misolovich prior and loved both! Dr Nanul retired and Misolovich left when UHS became Froedert.
Horrible physician, considers patients to be non patients if they haven't been seen in a while, even when they have a future appointment. Pretty bad that you can't even sign off for a hearing screening.
