The mortgage rate itself was great but the overall experience lacked professionalism. Too many issues to go into detail but the mistakes found at closing were a joke and the 11th hour changes were insane. Be prepared to jump thru hoops backwards and on fire to meet crazy deadlines only to be told there is a delay. I just closed tonight and instead of being with my house, I have a splitting headache and I'm more happy that I'm just done with the BS.
