This office was fantastic in their knowledge and care. My first visit they listened and ordered test. You do have to wait for follow ups but the PA is great and I never found the need for any more than her. I only waited 30 days or so for my follow up. On my second visit they pinpointed my issues and we adjusted and my life hasn’t been the same. I went 3 years searching for an answer and they found it immediately. Not one complaint. I would refer anyone to them.
"I had my first appointment with Dr. Stovall, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I arrived on time but ended up waiting for over 1hr. I understand that delays can happen, but I expected a more attentive approach, especially for a new patient visit. It felt like my time and health were not a priority. I left feeling frustrated and unheard, which is not the experience I hoped for when seeking medical care.
I came here looking for answers on a referral. The doctor ordered my test. I came for a follow up and the nurse practitioner read my labs. I knew my results better than her. In fact, I had to correct her. If I had questions, she told me to ask the specialist they referred me to in the initial visit. I asked for a note to update my work in my status.
