New to the area .. Looking to schedule a physical .. Receptionist notes first appointment is to establish medical history .. and then would need second appointment for a physical. Seems odd but okay.. Asks for issues I'm having and then begrudgingly attempts to make me an appointment .. But decides she needs to first put me on hold .. And never comes back. First impressions matter. Thankfully there's a ton of other facilities without such nonsense. Shouldn't be that difficult to schedule a physical. Guess they want that doub... read more
Doctor has been the most wonderful Physician that has ever cared for my health needs. Doctor Shorten care was not only physical but incorporated mind, body and spirit. I will be forever grateful for her care.
Dr Shorten is amazing. She listens to my concerns, provides me adequate patient education about my conditions, she has a friendly and gentle bedside manner, and she provides referrals to treat my needs. I recommend her wholly.
