Dr. Ail followed all three of my children from the time the oldest was in middle school until the youngest turned 16 last year. A total of about 13 years. During that time, Dr. Ail educated me about being the most effective parenting methods to deal with each of the individual children. Anyone with more than one child knows that they're all different. As a family, we all learned coping strategies that helped us to be successful. Dr. Ail is up to date with current research. Two thumbs up.
