I am female and have been a patient of Suzanne Fussell for about 8 years. I am basically happy with her services. I was not too happy with the office staff when I first became a patient. I hand carried my medical record to her office because I was leaving my other doctor. When it was time for me to make an appointment, I was informed that there was no such person on file. I was livid! My records were found and apoligies were made. I think her bedside manner is fine and she pays attention to my questions.

SAME EXPERIENCE--THEY HAVE AN IMPOLITE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANAGER. THEY HAVE UNTRAINED AND UNACCOMODATING STAFF. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL-ANGELA

could not get an appointment- or any service from the phone person No reflectionon the dr. but as often seens to be the case, the person who answered the phone when I called for an appointment- as a new patient- not only could not give me an appointment that day, (understandable), but did not offer anything and could not name another doctor in the county to call for my minor emergency. How can you help me was a question she could not answere and did not care to try. Doctors need to train their staff to be polite and helpful ... read more
